The motivation of this project is to identify the problems that inhabits Ezeazu poultry farm and find solution to them. The goal of the organization is to reach through in the use of human and material resources. Lastly a question that is now facing the management is how the computer will affect the number of people requiring managing the poultry farm. And the impact of computer has improved human thought and actions. Implementation of this project case study is divided into the designation of the converted system investigation and analysis of the existing manually operated system thus the method of getting data, processing the data into information have large benefit on individual.
Hence Ezeazu poultry Farm Ltd daily operation are being carried out manually and this particular project is design to provide a farm work in which computer can be applied in all their Farm operation like record keeping of Disease, production record, keeping of bird’s feeds, medications, egg production, sales finance and decision making by the management etc.
The purpose and aim of this project is not to train computer experts rather, the objective is to gain understanding in computer and how computer in poultry farm has improved service of worker rather than manual operation and also to gain enough understanding of computer hardware and software, make intelligent decision about them, how to put them into operation by computer operator in poultry farm and accuracy of computer in the poultry farm management system. It is a general recognized fact that we are in an information age in which the efficiency of production of wealth depends on various form of Automation.
